The Temple view Homestay

Experience: Before making the payment, I was told verbally that late check-out until Sunday evening would be okay. On Sunday morning I was asked to leave immediately and the conversation became confrontational. During the stay, the AC and geyser were switched off multiple times without prior notice. When I tried to record the conversation for my records, the staff intervened aggressively. I have documentation of the messages, payment, and issues, and have raised this with http://Booking.com customer support and informed local authorities on this. Advice for other guests: Get all agreements about check-in/out times in writing before paying. Document your stay.

The scam method of hotel is unique, I booked the one bedroom villa for my family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kid) , after looking at the room picture shown during the booking(1 bedroom with 2 double bed A/ C, one Hall with TV, sofa & sitting chair, one kitchen with kettle, Induction stove, balcony sit out area with temple view) , but when I went to hotel, the room pictures I looked during booking is never available in that property, 1BHK from 1st floor, where 1 double bed is put inside bedroom with A/C, another bed is put in hall no A/C, the sit out shown was common and available in 2 nd floor, no sofa & sitting chair, when I asked for the details, the owner behavior changed, and finally told that, if you want take it or else asked to cancel, also I booked to pay at property, but they asked me to pay Rs 500, even before I reach to hotel, to keep the booking confirmed, even I told my check in time well before, nothing was ready, I cancelled my stay and found the another hotel and stayed their. Don't prefer this property.
