Hello KTM Hostel

L'équipe est super sympa. La chambre est spacieuse et eau chaude dans la salle de bain. La terrasse toit est incroyable, bien aménagée et avec une super vue. Possibilité de manger sur la terrasse. Le petit dejeuner est très bon. Il ont aussi une vraie machine à café, donc possibilité de boire de très bons cafés. Emplacement au calme, à côté d'un grand jardin.

Bed was comfortable. Location was quiet enough but also close enough to the things you want to see and do. Helpful staff.

Walls were thin. Had to ask the dorm room next door to keep noise down. There was a fan in the room, but it was very loud and not that effective.

The place looks nice.

Extremely frustrating... I arrived upon check-in time. They guy at the reception took his time with filling out the check-in forms in the computer. He looked a little nervous so I figured he must be new to his job. Truth is, the bed was not ready yet, and he didn't say anything. After 20 minutes of standing in front of the counter, with him saying nothing about what's going on, I sat down at a table nearby. Him and another guy gave me a glass of water, apologized for the inconvenience, and finally they said the room will be ready in a few minutes. After almost one hour of waiting I told them I'm gonna leave and find a different place, I had no patience left. Suddenly they said " your room is ready". I was wondering how it was suddenly ready. They lead me to the room, where the cleaning lady was still changing sheets. The guy showed me my bed and left. Once I put all of my stuff next to it, the cleaning lady looked at me confused, and told me it's not clean. At this point I was so frustrated and I decided to leave. Even though the room should be ready upon the agreed upon check-in time, they could have just told me to leave my stuff there and come back later, and it would have been ok. Instead they chose to keep me waiting there without telling me what's going on.

The overall stay experience is very good.. Good service, friendly & helpful staff
