Hello KTM Hostel

The price is very cheap and the location is relatively quiet. They also help open the gate when checking in late at night. The staff are both very friendly.

My wife and I had to extend our stay in India, and since our visa had a 90-day limit, we decided to visit the neighbouring country for a few days and return. We chose the next most affordable country across the border and went to Kathmandu to Hello KTM Hostel. We initially reserved a room for one night only due to our doubts. We have had many unpleasant encounters with hotels in India claiming to be of four-star quality. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the serene atmosphere, tranquil setting, spacious and well-lit rooms, and the friendliness of the staff. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it from a single day to a full three weeks. This should give you an idea of just how much we loved it! No request was too difficult for them. They have a lovely top floor where you can get a panoramic view of Kathmandu, while you enjoy your food and drinks. You can even have your morning coffee there or treat your wife to a romantic dinner. We recently celebrated our second wedding anniversary during our stay, and to our surprise, the hostel threw us a BBQ dinner party complete with an anniversary cake. It was an unforgettable experience that we will always cherish. We don't typically write reviews, but our stay in this hostel was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Despite our unsatisfactory experiences in other four-star hotels, this hostel exceeded our expectations. We are so impressed with Kathmandu and Hello KTM Hostel; we wish we had visited Nepal earlier. We've decided to make it a yearly destination from now on. We didn't expect to fall in love with the city and the hostel so quickly, but it's got a charm that's hard to resist. Very friendly one gave me a lift to the bus station

Wifi kept dropping out they tried to put extra on my bill watch for that don't do the tibet bhutan tour a bit expensive and they cancel your dates that you want to go no shuttle

Best Hostel in Kathmandu, lot of nice spaces to hang out, comfy beds, and fair priced.

Loved the stay, the staff is also extremely warm :)
