The main highlight of this property was its prime and convenient location. The staff was also friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their flexibility in allowing a late checkout of around three hours, which made my stay more comfortable.

The hotel did not offer good value for money considering the price charged. The facilities were quite basic and in need of maintenance, such as a broken toilet roll holder and a poorly sealed window. The room and dining areas felt outdated and not very well maintained. The breakfast was particularly disappointing, with very limited options—no fruits, yoghurt, juices, or eggs readily available, and only a couple of dishes on the buffet. Although the staff was friendly and cooperative, the overall lack of proper facilities overshadowed their efforts. The hotel needs significant improvements or should reconsider its pricing compared to other hotels offering better value.

Hotel is good and should be even better after the renovation.

Hotel was under renovation and they should have closed the online reservations but they didn't. I booked and went there, it was under renovation with lots of stuff and dust all over the hotel. Even kitchen service was not working normally.

Shift your kitchen to top roof, also provide tea maker facilities, add welcome drinks, water and fresh fruit.
