No internet, poor signal, under maintenance sink
PHPHPHThe location is good, not that far. Some tourist spots are walkable. The room is good. Complete kitchen utensils and appliances. The place is cozy. There’s a balcony.
There was a leak in of the rooms. The jacket that we bought is soaked wet because of it. The TV is not a smart TV or at least they considered to put channels in it. The Bathroom is not that clean the toilet cleaning materials are exposed, not a good thing to see specially some of it have molds and dirty. There’s no slippers for the guests. No air conditioning although yeah it’s baguio it’s cold but there are moments that the room gets warmer and you need to open the windows with no screens. There are some stains on the blankets
GBPHThere are so many things we loved about our stay at Cozy Pine Suites! First, the host was very easy to talk to, super responsive and gave detailed instructions. Thumbs up for that! Next, the location was great. Even though we arrived in Baguio late at night, the place was easy to find. And the room? I honestly didn’t expect it to be that spacious for just two people! It was fully equipped, very clean, and the bathroom was spotless and smelled good too. I even posted about our stay on Facebook, and so many people messaged me asking where we stayed. I’ll definitely recommend Cozy Pines to my friends and anyone planning a trip to Baguio!

- When we arrive on the unit I noticed that the floor wasn’t super clean like there are hairs on the floor and even on the bathroom wall. - My dad was sitting down on of the chair and the chair broke down thank God my dads hip didn’t break. However, when he moved to sit on another chair he noticed that the chair is shaky and about to be broken too like the first chair. - no complimentary coffee - clogged bathroom sink - slow wifi/ not working wifi
