The water flow in the bathroom was extremely slow—so slow that it was very inconvenient. It was so bad that we were all not looking forward to taking a bath. It seemed like the water usage had been adjusted to reduce consumption. The owner of the van I rented, who also owns a unit there, said that there was no problem with the water flow. Moreover, one of the guards on duty was not courteous or welcoming.
USThe size of the room is fairly big and it was in a quiet location.
The room was not cleaned properly. There were cockroaches. Bathroom was a bit smelly. Utensils were not washed properly. We literally cleaned the kitchen area because it’s too gross. Window can’t properly shut. Bed was so squeaky. Ac was not cold. It was not what we expected it to be. Overall, the property was not maintained properly. It was not worth the price we paid. Definitely, not recommending it.
AUPHThe apartment was to small to accommodate 8 people, theres only 1 toilet and it smells no matter how hard we clean and wiped the tiles. No bath maths provided, No hand towels either, so we need to buy from SM . Parking is a nightmare we got Parking ticket out the front hotel. security guards are awful not the friendliest guard you encounter in Baguio. The whole experience staying there was stressful. So if others want to book this hotel Think 100 times or you’ll be sorry. Paying P20k fot 2 nights is very expensive Never again.
bedrooms are so tiny theres No way you can fit 4 people in those tiny rooms, No blankets too. Electricals exposed in the baLCONY, No bath maths provided provided. No Hand towels either. Netflix not working, Local TV not working. Parking is the number 1 nightmare we got a ticket by parking out the front hotel. And last but not the least guards are so awful and unfriendly. We’re asking if we can park at the PWD parking coz we got 2 PWD and 2 Seniour citizens they said NO , and saw the guards allowing normal people parking the PWD parking space the following day we even scream to them fake pwd This is so unfair at the balcony. We’re asking if would like a refund.

PHUSCozy Suites does NOT exist as a facility or hotel. It is only a virtual name to market a condo unit located at the facility called Brent Hill. Do not book through this Cozy Suites site. The person I spoke with was so nasty with zero customer service on the phone. Your alternative is book another hotel or go to the Brent Hill facility in person and ask the guard to find you an available unit that you can preview before you agree to rent it out. Parking is extra 500 pesos and the loud church bells and loud speaker enabled church prayers are what wake you up early morning. Unit and bathroom are tiny but adequate for short term lodging. The unit terrace overlooks only rooftops no actual sights. Opening the terrace door exposes you to vehicle fumes so keep it closed.
