Village Cave House Hotel

The breakfast was very good. You could sit inside or outside. The view was excelente. Everybody were very friendly, and helped out with everything. We had cave number 11 with 60 steps to climb, but it was worth it. It had internet in every room/cave.

The madras in the bed was a bit hard for me, but my husband liked it. The only thing I missed was fruit at the breakfast.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It was close to restaurants and shops, great view for the balloons in the morning and staff were super friendly and helpful.

I stayed to many hotels, this is unique no copy. Historical fantastic view you can NOT find a second similar. Glad that i chose this Cave house hotel.

If was to have everything loses its purposes. The unusual was what atracte me. Looking from the street you will never guess are people living in those caves.

the location is high so its perfect for photo , room is comfortable view is outstanding

This property is 4/5 minutes from town with outstanding views. Get up early and watch the balloons or sit up and catch the sunset. A family owned and run property, their pride in their town, the service to their visitors is impeccable.

The location, the room, and the cleanliness — everything was absolutely top-notch. This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. Kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards. The location was also excellent, within easy walking distance to the city centre, making everything conveniently accessible.

Overall, there isn't much to point out. However, I did find that some of the reception staff were not very approachable or communicative when it came to offering assistance or advice. That said, the majority of the team were very helpful and kind—especially the housekeeping team and the night reception staff, who were absolutely amazing.

Beautiful hotel with amazing view and the nicest staff. - Hotel: in a fairy chimney with a great terrace perfect for balloon spotting in the morning - Room: the cave room has heating (if necessary) but naturally has a mild and comfortable temperature. Bathroom is big and spacious. Bed is suuuuuuuper comfortable - Staff: really friendly and always willing to help. All tours (red, green and balloon) booked with them. This made everything easy, as we always had pickup from the hotel

My only note is to add a shower holder to facilitate when hair washing is needed
