Riverbank View Three Bedroom Apartment with Free Parking

This superb apartment is exceptionally well furnished and equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (tea, coffee, cereals, ,biscuits and chocolate). Location is perfect for city centre and there's a convenience store nearby.

Het welkom was geweldig, heel vriendelijk ontvangen met een helder en hulpzaam uitleg over alles in de appartement. Superfijn was het bevoorrading, met alles wat je kunnen denken nodig te hebben bij bin̈nenkomst. Ook een heel goed omschrijving van bezienswaardigheden en openbaarvervoer. Zeker een aanrader bij een bezoek aan York.

Eigenlijk niks, alleen als ik erg kritiek ben dan mag een iets ruime en comfortabel bankstel komen in de huiskamer.

Such a warm and genuine welcome from Peter - thank you! We had a really comfortable stay here. Everything had been thought of, and the provision of milk / bread / butter / jam / cereal meant we were well set up to get going in the morning. Plus lots of biscuits! The back bedrooms (we didn’t use the front one) were dark and quiet. A short and easy walk into the city centre with parking directly in front of the apartment.

Peter showed me around and was an absolute darling. We asked if we could park the car 2h early and he not only said yes but also got the apartment ready in time. I also really appreciated all the small touches - there was milk, orange juice, cereal, tea etc all for us to use. And of course it was absolutely spotless. The location is amazing too, just a couple of minutes from the minster. Would definitely come here again!

The apartment was beautifully presented by the host. Everything imaginable had been provided in advance ranging from a loaf of fresh bread to chocolates and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The warmth and generosity was absolutely incredible. The apartment is in a great location and only a short walk from the city centre.

The bath tub is very high and is a challenge to get into. to have a bath or a shower for people with walking difficulties.
