ac didn’t do proper cooling. no one helped even after complaining. also bathroom and corridor was stinking.

Rooms are very clean and hygiene , in room dining services are awsome , location and security of place is also good .

Staff is a bit arrogant , like i am something type of attitude particularly front officer, and 2 thing is that in afternoon they play cricket in back area of hotel which was so noisy so you cannot rest with that noise ,if you are looking for resting weekend place this place is not definitely for them, mini bar snacks were expired upon complaint they replied us that this snacks taste is like this only , like literally he was trying to tell us that we never had that 10 rs pack of snacks? If i am paying 30 RS for 10 Rs packs, snack, i definitely want it fresh, so many things are on request only , that's it

Just breakfast was good.

The additional charges too much hidden charges No toiletries available in bathroom.ac was also not good enough.
