"Pleasant"

Actually not a great experience that I expected. First of all, it was so wet and cold in the house, bad and towels was so wet, bcs I guess no one live there for a while, so we moved the bed under conditioner to warm it up by ourself, bcs stuff didn’t answer to us about this problem. I think they should check and prepare the house before guests. Then breakfast was not good, it was just sweet bread, for eggs and etc you should pay. And stuff was not friendly, it’s not typical for Italy for me. Came here from another beautiful villa and was upset. Too pricey! The pool and view was nice, that’s it.

"Disappointing"

room had nice design and beautiful views

There weren’t enough hot water in the shower. I took a shower at 10:30 PM and after 2 min the water were freezing. After the short cold shower we talked to the reception that said this never happened and suggested to switch rooms. This was irrelevant since it was already late, I was already after the cold shower, and rooms were not located at the same area (so we had to move the car with us as well). we expected to get some discounts for this really bad experience and they said they will “see what they can do” and will let us know soon. Three weeks have passed with no one contacting us. This venue definitely doesn’t worth almost 300 € per night.

Everything is beautiful. Gorgeous room, amazing views, wonderful pool, great food and wine, and Federica and Daniele are the best hosts. The silence is beautiful.

Our hosts were fabulous so friendly and happy to assist with any bookings, arranging taxis & providing recommendations! The infinity pool amazing The food, breakfasts and 2 other meals we had there very delicious and beautifully presented . Lots of the vegetables grown on the property .

Everything! The food was amazing, our room was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Daniele was so helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend and would come back.
