Badly staff behaviour , I have booked this room on booking. com but the hotel staff says all rooms are already booked....we have no room available & say sorry... what is the way

Best hotel

Not much. There was hot water, the shower was fine, the air conditioning was loud but worked. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is run very unprofessionally. On the day of check-in, the hotel sent us a Whatsapp message that the room was no longer available and asked us to cancel the booking. It was super stressful for us as we were traveling and due to arrive at the hotel after midnight, there was no way for us to find alternative accommodation. Long story short, after an argument on the phone (luckily), they finally agreed to give us the room we had booked. Apart from that, the room floor, furniture etc were not clean. We had a dead rat on some sort of sticky trap next to the fridge in the living room. There are virtually no amenities unless you ask for them. The whirlpool looks rusty green, we didn't even try to check it out. Summary, this hotel was a one time mistake.
