スタッフの応対が悪い！ 予約してたのにされてないとかこんな事ってあるのでしょうか❓️本当に最悪でした!

予約して、支払いもすんでいたのに当日、ホテルに着いたら予約ができてない、、、 スタッフの応対の悪い事、責任者もいないと言われ、最悪でした。 こんな事ってあるのでしょうか❓️ それからその日に宿泊するホテルを探すのに四苦八苦しましたこんな思いは2度としたくないです。

"Comfortable & cosy room plus conveniently located"

Conveniently located near Kawasaki station & there are a lot of 24 hours food option nearby. The biggest plus point is the larger than usual bathroom by Tokyo standards.

The only minus point is the dropping off the keys everytime we go out.m but it’s not a major issue
