Beautiful place with an amazing location and incredibly friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back

The staff were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met, the views were amazing, the pool was refreshing and beautiful, the food was delicious, and our room was perfect. Overall, one of the greatest experiences we’ve had. Both of the front desk workers were so kind, welcoming, attentive, and funny and made our time at Puluong home very memorable. It was a perfect week.

The eco pod I stayed in was very comfortable and there are rice paddies right out the front of them. The swimming pool is set in such a picturesque location with the rice paddies and mountains surrounding it. The food was good and the value for money extremely good for the whole experience I’d recommend it for the serenity and for the views.

- Super hôtel situé dans un endroit calme de Pù Luông, avec une vue à couper le souffle, entre rizières et montagnes - Espaces communs accueillants et agréables, qu'il s'agisse de la piscine ou du restaurant - Bungalow lumineux et joliment aménagé (tout le mobilier est fait à la main) - Lit spacieux et très confortable - Restaurant un peu cher pour le Vietnam (6€-8€ le plat), mais les plats sont délicieux et les portions très généreuses - Équipe très accueillante et aux petits soins

Il manquerait simplement un réfrigérateur dans les bungalows, autrement, tout est parfait !

The bugs in the room, the struggling aircon, the overpriced average food

The property is lush and green and so so beautiful! I felt like I was truly nestled in the jungle with a fantastic view of the terraced rice fields right off the front balcony. The location was perfect for daily walks around the area - with absolutely incredible views. Small villages were just a 20 minute walk away. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and made the most of my stay in Pu Luong. They organized a special tour for me and talked with me about the options in the area. From the moment I stepped onto the property they were attentive and so helpful. The food and breakfast was also fantastic. If you're looking for a relaxing location nestled amongst beautiful jungle gardens, this is the place. You won't regret it, this is the one you're looking for.

le personnel tres sympathique ainsi que le proprietaire, l emplacement au milieu des rizieres et la piscine a debordement etaient tres bien.

les photos sur booking n ont pas ete actualisees, pas tres representatives de la realite, d ou une deconvenue a l arrivee dans la chambre et au lever du jour. sans parler des travaux en cours, nulle information a ce sujet auparavant.
