Magnifique Duplex En Plein Hivernage à Marrakech

Very spacious duplex apartment, clean, tidy and very well located in a quiet street next to hotels, shops and 7min walk from Menara mall. The owner was so helpful and very responsive. And the concierge and security staff were kind and helpful too.

Nothing, all spot on

It’s well located if you don’t wanna live in the Medina and it’s close to the airport. It’s a really big apartment on two floors, what makes the feeling even nicer. Also there is a balcony in the balcony. Never had this before.

The apartment was much larger than we expected, very spacious and great for our family of 4. There is also a great outside balcony where we ate breakfast in the sunshine in the morning. The bedrooms are all spacious with loads of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Having Netflix and excellent WiFi was also brilliant given we had teenage children. We also really enjoyed the pool area although it did get busy and getting a sun lounger was a bit of a challenge on a couple of days. That said they did bring out additional loungers and umbrellas but it could do with some more I would say. The pool isn’t heated but given how hot it was the water was perfect for cooling down. The apartment is only a short walk to the Menara Mall where there are a number of places to eat although none sell alcohol. We did however find a few restaurants nearby that served excellent food and beers, wine etc. It is also around a 25 minute walk to the Medina although we did get taxis. Just beware they all try and overcharge you unfortunately. Every driver was asking for between 100-150 MAD. When challenged they asked how much we would be prepared to pay and usually agreed on somewhere around 50-80 MAD depending on the time of day.

No issues from our perspective

We really loved this apartment, it was very clean. Looking even better than on the pictures. The pool was very nice.
