Quiet. Easy to find. Great support from the staff.

The sliding door got stuck just when we were about to retire for the night but it was fixed by the on site staff.

Beautiful location. Tranquil environment. The warm hospitality makes it exceptional. We were greeted with a friendly smile. The look and feel of the Log Home are just what you need in the bush. The aircons and DStv channels on the flat screen tv's in the main bedrooms are amazing. While sitting at the boma having a braai, a warthog, impalas and giraffes came down to the waterhole in front of the Log Home. The farm swimming pool and deck is amazing. We spend a lot of time next to the pool to cool off while having a drink. What an amazing experience. Will be back soon.

Wish we have stayed a week.

Great location very need and tidy with everything we needed. The Braai area was nicely laid out and we enjoyed sitting chatting next to the fire.

The toilet was leaking through the wooded floor over the staircase entrance to the building, both showers were leaking through the floor when being used. The fans in the beds rooms does not help for the heat, helps to keep the mosquitoes away

I Loved the photos on bookings.com. The river that runs along side the rustic log cabin. I did not consider the time of year or the fact that the river might be bone dry as it was. The cabin is on stilts nice for getting a birds eye view onto the river. However living space is limited. And there are lots of stairs. So consider this when traveling with elderly. The 4 of us were more than enough to fill the living area we opened up the fold back doors and joined the lounge onto the patio for space and air. It was exceptionally hot and dry in late Sept. There was a Bar fridge in each of the down stairs rooms, and a fan in the one. (very necessary) Thank you. Great water pressure in the shower. Great hot water for dishes in the kitchen.

The cabin itself is in need of alot of maintenance. It has very creeky floors you could not take a step without alerting all. There's no soundproofing between bedrooms which are back to back, so take ear plugs if you want to sleep. also there's a store room underneath so the smell of smoke came up through the floor boards into the bedroom. The showers are tired the one door wouldn't stay closed and the floor felt unstable.
