"Comfortable, convenient space for a family"

The location was great for us -- about a 15 minute drive from all the places we were going. It was also very convenient to two different lines of the CTA (red and purple/brown). The space was nice, with a living and dining area that were pretty open. We had 6 people, so used all the bedrooms, but it didn't seem crowded. There were also plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The lighting in the dining room wasn't great, but probably would be fine with new lightbulbs in the ceiling light.

Everything was great, clean, plenty of room.

We thought there should be a few rugs on the hardwood floors, especially near the entrance, to take off our wet shoes.

We loved our stay at Lincoln Park Gem, the check in was super easy, the location is great, with a lot of nice restaurants, and a quick train ride to downtown. The place is cute, clean and comfortable.

The only thing we didn't love is the sound of the train going near the back room, but it is part of the big city charm.
