Rooms were presentable

We had freezing cold water throughout our whole stay. Staff did nothing about it when we spoke to them multiple times and just said they have switched the generator on (I don’t think there is one) it just seemed they were trying to pass us off. We don’t expect perfect facilities but it wasn’t warm water it was so cold which even being in a hot country couldn’t help. It didn’t sound like the building had hot water at all and they were just blagging it. We also turned up at 3 am due to flight delay and I asked if they had anywhere to fill up water as I saw the massive blue refill bottles everywhere and they said no sorry and sent me walking down the street to find somewhere open which was a struggle trying to find in a new town. Don’t think they are really fussed. Wouldn’t recommend staying here there are probably cheaper and better places elsewhere.

The location was great. Close to everything. The bed was comfortable.

There was no hot water and there never will be as they use a 100L solar geyser to provide water for several rooms. I suggest looking for better accommodation nearby.

We like the bed is very comfortable, and also has cabinet closet etc. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.

However, better if the room has their own mini refrigerator, bedroom slippers and must be soundproof.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The property is well located to both the beachfront and the main tourist precinct close to restaurants and anything you need

The air-conditioners were noisy and sometimes leak water. The water itself was sometimes dirty and discoloured and smelt. There is a water shortage in El Nido, so, not really, the hotels fault. TVs only have local channels no cable
