black mold in bathroom and bed is really uncomfortable and smelly

The mastress is too fluffy I had a back ache almost everyday

Great location and good place to meet people! Staff was really nice and helpful! Breakfast they had sometimes on was really nice and some restaurants and cafes within walking distance! Three steps coffee was good!

Place could be cleaner and was no hot water in the shower

The only annoying part was the showers were always cold nothing major but just a little bit annoying

The staff were amazing and good breakfast buffet. The people make the place. Good common area as well place to be alone,more privately.

The beds make noice and move when someone else moves. Facilities need a little more love.

Pool dirty. Bed really noisy, you can hear any movement in the bed.
