Communication with staff - was not aware that we had to meet someone before entering the room (which was ok), however we were not aware of that or where to meet him so we were wondering around not sure where we needed to be

The location is about 10-15 minutes from the train station and just 5-10 minutes walk to the center where everythng is. The apartment is big. The beds and sofa were comfortable. Clips were provided for laundry and the washing machine is big. As we are two person and we hike a lot, this was helpful. Our booking was confused with another and and we were told to go to another location (walking distance) but the apartment manager drove us back to the right apartment.. It turned out that apartment wasn't ready but we could leave our luggage in the apartment and we were happy with that. We didn't mind it since we checked in rather early. We were very unlucky to have some noisy neighbours next door for 2 nights who woke us up from the very loud conversations but that was just our bad luck. Otherwise, the apartment was great.

Modern suite, all appliances that we needed, including a washer. Good location to walk to the main square. Great pasticceria on the way. We were able to get into our suite early, which was really appreciated.

Only issue was the lack of a toilet seat and only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 days😢

There should have been an information leaflet/folder advising how to work the heating and the aircon, and details about recycling. There is an information poster about different rubbish collection days, but only one container to collect the rubbish. We felt that the owners/managers had never lived in the apartment, if they had there would have been more hooks on the back of doors, more hangers in the cupboard, more crockery and cutlery [although the host provided more during our stay]. It was frustrating not being able to manage the heating - it came on at 6pm and went off later in the evening and we had no control over this.

Close proximity to supermarkets, town & public transport. Loved that we could cook meals and wash clothes in this apartment and feel at home.

Strange garbage arrangements, could never clear all the rubbish out due to daily council requirements.
