Location, space

The location is not easy to find and the address could have been given instead of a confusing video. The aircon didn’t turn on and I asked and tried many things and eventually was told there’s a button outdoor to switch on first. The water for shower was cold and I found it was because the boiler was completely turned off. We arrived in the night and couldn’t wait for the water to heat up which took hours. One of us had to have a cold shower and some couldnt even take one as a result!
