The swimming pool was too small, good for kids to splash around. There were no slippers in the bathroom as committed.
AESeveral aspects of my stay met expectations and contributed positively to the overall experience: 1. The room was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Linens were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic, reflecting consistent housekeeping efforts. 2. The space within the room was well-proportioned and thoughtfully arranged, providing a comfortable environment suitable for a short-term stay. The layout allowed for ease of movement and a pleasant degree of comfort. 3. Housekeeping services were prompt and attentive, ensuring the room remained orderly throughout the stay. Additionally, the general facilities provided appeared to be in good working condition and adequately met the needs of a short visit.
While most aspects of the stay met expectations, the breakfast experience was notably disappointing and fell short in several key areas. The food served was often cold, which significantly impacted the overall quality and enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the variety and options available were very limited, with the same items being repeated each day. This lack of diversity in the menu may not cater well to guests staying for more than a night or two, and it detracts from the overall impression of the hotel’s service offerings. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving the quality, temperature, and variety of the breakfast service to better align with the otherwise commendable standards observed in other areas of the hotel.
