Great location close to centre and walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants. Clean modern room in a lovely mansion block with an excellent shower. Owner is attentive and communication and access was easy. Breakfast was basic with no easy way to make a cappuccino. Otherwise a great stay and I would go back if we return to Teramo.

The location is perfect - right in the heart of Teramo. The building is old and typical last century Italian - very well maintained and renovated. The room was very clean and comfortable, high ceilings, a comfortable size for 2 people. There is a shared kitchen area where you can eat a light snack or cool your drinks in the fridge.The breakfast is very light (coffee and paistries). There are plenty of cafes, pastry shops or bakeries in 2 min walk. The host Frederico was very hospitable and responsive. Hightly recommended.

The breakfast. They said an Italian style breakfast which we've had before and it was nothing. We barely ate and ended up getting something else in town

Great location, the building has a very beautiful decoration. The room was very big and had all the accommodations, air conditioning and a little kitchen.

The breakfast was ok but it could be better If they offer some fruit.
