INI called so many times, but not a single one of my calls was answered. Furthermore, there was absolutely no response afterward. The very next morning, I received a call informing me, "Sir, your booking has been confirmed"—by which time I had already made a booking elsewhere. When I wasn't receiving any response, I kept trying to call; the phone rang at least 25 times, yet no one picked up. The service is absolutely abysmal!
Simply uploading photos—even high-quality images of a nice room—is not enough to attract customers. You also need to provide a proper response. I haven't seen that happening anywhere; I just kept calling repeatedly. I received no response or acknowledgment from the other end whatsoever—and then, finally, a reply came the next day.

INRoom was fairly ok to look at stay and rest of the facilities are very bad.
There was no towels provided, Bathroom water was coming brown continuously and could not bathe or freshup with the type of water. Lock was not working properly and every time we need to call the staff to open the room lock. Environment around the Hotel is pathetic approch road drain is opened and vehicle cannot reach in front of the Hotel. There is waste collection and burning of waste around the hotel.
