"Toll, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"

Zentrale Lage, Wohnung war im Georgian Style (roter Backstein war teilweise Sichtbar) sehr schön. Ausstattung war gut , Esstisch wäre noch gut)

Schlüssel war 8 Gehminuten entfernt beim Supermarkt hinterlegt. Das sollte man beim Buchen wissen, hat aber alles einwandfrei geklappt - auch die Rückgabe. Schlüsselbox/Safe wäre mir lieber gewesen.

"Ok, aber kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis"

Der Kontakt und die Lage waren wirklich super. Die Abholung des Schlüssels fand ich persönlich etwas umständlich, aber es hat alles funktioniert.

Die Unterkunft ist für 4 Erwachsene Personen doch etwas beengt, auch weil man im Wohnzimmer selbst nicht zu viert sitzen kann und es keinen Esstisch (?) gibt. Die Bäder waren sauber, aber es gibt keine Lüftung und der Schimmel in der Dusche nimmt schon etwas überhand. Daher stimmte für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht (allerdings war auch Oasis-Wochenende und alle Unterkünfte wahnsinnig teuer...)

"A fantastic place to stay in Manchester"

The location is great! Close to Piccadilly station and the town centre. We easily walked everywhere. The communication was great and the facilities were comfortable. Super great to have two washrooms!

The bed linens were a bit scratchy and a table to eat at was non existent.

"Great location, has everything you need for a short stay."

Excellent location, nice compact flat, very close to everything in the city centre. Keys are collected from a shop only a couple of blocks away and was easy. Great communication with owners. Having two bathrooms was definitely a bonus. The second bedroom is up on a mezzanine with barely any head space, keep in mind if you have less able bodied folk. Fully equipped kitchen, cute little living room with smart tv, good wifi.

Whilst I certainly would book this flat again, the only issue I had was with the bed. It is incredibly close to the floor, only a few inches off the floor. At my advanced age, I found getting down into the bed and then getting up from it a bit of a nightmare. This is one of the lowest beds I have ever seen other than maybe an air-bed. Other than that, everything was great.

"Perfect flat for a trip to discover Manchester"

We had a great time! Key exchange is easy and uncomplicated. Location is perfectly situated - close to the city center, with both Oxford St Station and Piccadilly in walking distance. Flat is in great condition and has everything you need for a city trip. We very much enjoyed the free complementary drinks and the coffee that was already in the flat. Would definitely come again!
