Good location

1. Property run remotely and the person on WhatsApp was not helpful at all with arranging parking although parking was listed as "can be arranged" 2. Pressure pump is used in the bathroom which is very loud every time you flash the toilet or run the tap. 3. Early wake up due to sun light since there were no curtains. 4. Did not allow us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out. And these are just a few of the problems we had. If you want to run a proper accomodations you have to be present and proactive and not just messeges via WiFi.

Very clean, location is great, close to everywhere. Flat is equipped with everything you need. Host is an amazing person, very nice and very helpful.

The apartment is in an excellent location - in the center of Bari and walking distance to the historic part and the sea. Clean, cozy and with the necessary amenities for a wonderful stay. Last but not least, easy communication with the owner and accommodation. I recommend for a wonderful stay in beautiful Bari.

Very nice central location, clean apartment and very attentive host. Multiple transport options available

Convenient location near the train station. Not far from the historical center. Direct bus to the beach and airport. The room is clean, with all amenities, including a washing machine.

There were five of us, but the bedding was prepared for only two. We had to look for the rest ourselves. The balcony is large, but it didn't work out to sit there - it's noisy outside.

The Melo apartment is just a few walking minutes away from the main station (and thus only ~30 mins away from the airport), there's a plethora of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, and whatnot almost at the doorstep, Bari vecchia is just a 15 min walk away, and the beach similarly 20 minutes. Communication with the hosts was easy and nice, we could move in earlier than anticipated (the cleaning team came in after), the apartment itself is big and cosy, we had free coffee and the highlight was the big balcony stretching on one side of the house. 2 TVs were available, as well as ACs in both the living room and bed room (we didn't use them though, and preferred an open window albeit it being a little louder due to the vicinity to the main street). There was free wi-fi, it wasn't particularly fast though.

There's a big and roomy closet in the bed room - however it seems to be broken as one side (the right side) doesn't open properly. As mentioned, the wi-fi wasn't really fast, which is fine if you're just there for vacation, but for a few days of remote work it wouldn't be ideal. During the weekend it can get a little loud and there's constant traffic noise due to the vicinity to a big street and the main station, but with closed windows it's not as loud, at least in the bedroom. My personal big minus point were the neighbors: they seem to be annoyed with tourists in the house; not even a day after arrival, the neighbor opposite of us screamed at us for slamming doors (we didn't, we just had arrived and were on our way to breakfast). Another older lady screamed at us when we entered the elevator with her, being really disrespectful for no reason, and screamed again later for pressing the button for our floor instead of waiting until she was out. It was really surreal and made the experience living in the house a little less welcome and very uncomfortable.
