Riscaldamento ambiente scarso, porte interne che non chiudono bene le stanze ed infissi vetusti, permettono il passaggio dell'aria esterna . Nessuna colazione inclusa. Prodotti per la toilette inesistenti. Parcheggi pubblici lontani ed incustoditi.
