Lovely apartment in a quiet location, close to main train and bus station and within a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Francesco was so helpful and flexible with our arrival time, meeting us at the property shortly after our train came in. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing not to like

I'll start by saying that for the first time since I've been booking on this platform, the host made me feel like a friend. Francesco makes you feel like you're part of the family. Not to mention the fact that you're a few hundred meters from the Gates of Verona. And as I said in the apartment, besides finding everything you need, Francesco also provides you with pasta and olive oil, coffee, sweets, bottled water. This is in addition to the information he offers you about the city and places to visit, restaurants, etc. Francesco, if you agree I'll come back anytime! :)

AMAZING G HOST

The Yellow Petal was a fantastic house for our Verona adventure. Francesco contacted us right away after the booking and was extremely present and helpful throughout our stay. The house was absolutely clean and gorgeous with a wonderful balcony with lots of natural light and fresh air. Wifi was strong and the rooms and bathroom were spacious. We travelled in 3 people, and all had a very comfortable stay. The location is near the train station, though relatively quiet, and maybe a 15-20 min walk from the historical centre. One small thing our 3rd guest noticed - maybe the living room with the sofa bed there could be a small mirror added, the only thing we noticed that could make the stay even more convienient. Francesco met us at the apartment and explained everything clearly, was very helpful also for helping us park our car (there is ample free street parking). Small breakfast was included (OJ, coffee, cakes), we could have appreciated a small milk for the coffee, but no problem. All in all, very enjoyable stay and fantastic host - 10/10!

A 15-20 minutes walk is needed to get to the city center.

Everything was very well equipped with all of the amenities. If you have a baby this a great place to stay. Francesco was a very friendly and accommodating host.

I would give a 10, but location knocked it down one point. It’s about a 15 minute walk to get into the beginning of town, which is normally fine. Location wouldn’t be as bad if the infrastructure of the roads to cross into town were convenient, but it’s not. Also no coffee store nearby for the morning, so you have to go all the way into town or use the coffee machine in the apartment.

The host Francesco was superb and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was located right by the train station within easy distance of the old town and Arena (10 minute walk). Francesco was very accomodating and left plenty of tea, coffee, and food basics for us to use.

Absolutely nothing. Well, perhaps the weather. It was very hot. 34 degrees!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. He even provided us with a detailed map and tips on how to navigate the area, which made our trip much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable vacation.
