"A fairytale hard to access"

A beautiful retreat, in the middle of nature, this stay looks like a fairytale. The swimming pool was very nice and like the facility in general, a well maintained whimsical beauty. The staff was very sweet and helped us with everything, from the check in to helping us with our grab ride.

We had only a minor annoyance with how deep in the middle of nowhere the property is, and the road is fairly rocky and uncomfortable.

"Beautiful resort in a stunning location"

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a spectacular location. My room/bungalow was so cute - rustic but high spec rustic! Well maintained, very clean and also a really good size. Lovely bathroom with big shower. There was a kettle, fridge and Smart TV in the room. The gardens and pool area were just so pretty and idyllic - lying by the pool with mountains all around you really is quite something! They also have a spa and I had a really good massage for a reasonable price. The staff were super helpful and you could Whatsapp them with any issue. The setting is pretty remote, down an unmade road - about 15/20 minute drive from Ninh Binh and Tac Com, but very easy to get a Grab. And the scenery around the hotel was equally stunning - great for walks/bike rides. The restaurant stocked a good supply of snacks (crisps, chocolate bars etc) and drinks you could buy which was very helpful as obviously there are no shops nearby.

Nothing I didn't like, but would be helpful to have a safe in the room.

"Excellent"

Nice quiet and cozy place. Very secluded - for some maybe too much. The huts were nice and clean.

The facilities were a little tired. Pool was fine, but a little cold. When the place is so secluded, it needs a bit more to offer than just a pool.
