– Gute Lage, alles war gut erreichbar (Party auch zu Fuss in 10min) - Nachts sehr ruhig – Unterkunft war sauber und entsprach grundsätzlich den Fotos – Check-in mit Code war praktisch – Ausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine etc.) an sich in Ordnung

– Sehr viele drohende Nachrichten vor und während des Aufenthalts (500 € Strafe, sofortige Stornierung etc.) - Anforderungen Ruhig zu sein nach 22:00 keine Konversationen mehr auf dem Balkon etc. – Gastgeber verlangt ID-Kopien über WhatsApp / Gmail statt über Booking – wir fühlten uns unter Druck gesetzt – Bereits beim Check-in waren Schäden vorhanden (z. B. Kochfeld), die wir mit Video dokumentiert haben – trotzdem wurden uns nach Abreise Schäden in Rechnung gestellt – In den Bewertungen gab es bereits ähnliche Erfahrungen mit ungerechtfertigten Schadensforderungen – leider hat sich das bestätigt – Die vielen Regeln und Warnungen (Schilder, Nachrichten) erzeugen kein entspanntes Urlaubsgefühl
