The location is perfect: it is closer to most beaches around East London, and it's easy to get around and find places to buy food.

The property is not well maintained, the locks of every door are almost falling off, and there are ants everywhere. The couch in the launch had a bad smell and I would advise the owner to change it as it is only not making the space functional. The property has potential, but it needs a fresh look to attract more business, otherwise with the rate of negative reviews, the owner will lose business.

The apartment was in a secured complex

The bed room door and the bed needs to be fixed they were making noise, the windows were stiff and difficult to close. There was a loud disturbing noise from the electricity box that lasted for 2 days even after we informed the owner until we left the apartment

Was not aware that there were baboons in the complex
