Old authentic Italy feel. Air conditioning. The pool was pretty good. Sitting outside was comfortable. The host was very nice.

The sheets were uncomfortable. And didn’t fit bed well. They kept coming off. The kitchen not set up well with supplies for cooking. Moldy Smell through out the house.

Incredible host who was very welcoming and explained the facilities. Location was very convenient to use as a base to explore the surroundings. Private location with very spacious outdoor area and an incredible pool. The location of the villa is also very close to a supermarket. The villa also comes with bonus facilities such as massage chair/table tennis which is a plus if staying in the villa to chill. Will definitely consider the property again when going to Sicily!

Augusta is not the nicest of places however the base is very suitable if landing from Catania/coming from Malta by Catamaran and the location is very convenient if visiting Taormina/Catania/Syracuse/Ortigia/Noto etc.

Spacious property inside and out with good air con in bedroom. Property was extremely private and quiet with good security and parking within gated entrance. Location was roughly equidistant between Catania and Syracusa and a good base for travelling to these locations and others on East coast. Host was excellent, friendly and good communication, visiting the property every couple of days to clean the pool.

Property was a little tired and traditional with some maintenance now needed. One ceiling fan and light over dining table not working, so dinner was romantic each evening! A welcome pack and information on local amenities would have been helpful.

Very spacious inside with lots of outside space. The owners were great. Good base for touring from and convenient for the airport at Catania.

Was just a bit hard to find but the owners sorted us out. Augusta didn’t seem the nicest of places but as a base for touring it was ideal.

Very quiet location only 1km from the town of Augusta, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Loads of space inside the Villa and the owner (Nico) couldn’t have been more helpful. He popped in most days to water the plants and clean the pool, but always let us know when he was coming. He was there within 30mins when the switch for the water turned off one day to reset it. He even took my girlfriend to the 24hr pharmacy in the town (which we couldn’t find) on Sunday evening so she could get some medication for her eyes. Really amazing service.

Nothing really to say, apart from it was difficult to find on the first day as out Sat nav and Google maps couldn’t find the actual name of the Villa, but again the owner met us in the town and took us there. I would recommend a car if you’re staying at the villa, but you can walk to the town if you don’t want to go visiting other places around the area.

Host was very kind and accommodating. Great private location and beautiful surroundings, whilst close to supermarket. Lots of extras to keep entertained e.g. table tennis, massage chair.

Double beds of second and third bedroom could have been a bit bigger. We could not find a chopping board.

Only annoying cats outside were the only negativ point

Nicola is a great host and always there to help. Going extra mile for his guest. Place is elegant and perfectly clean. Everything like in description and photos. If we will have chalice we will return for sure. A supermarket is less than 5min drive away

There is really nothing to criticize and we are very demanding.

The host of this beautiful house was very helpful. The interior design of the house was stunning. Beautiful wooden furniture, chandeliers, a real Sicilian home. In the garden with green grass, we had a large swimming pool (cleaned daily by the owner), a set of recreational deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis, table football. This is the most amazing house I have ever lived in. Completely fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, living room. It is a house where you can live forever immediately. I complete recommend this place.
