Great, helpful staff. We were welcomed with smile and kindness every time. Location is great, close to Askhram Marg metro station, on Paharganj, but hidden from the Main Bazaar. Hot water, great WiFi.

Bed sheets could be cleaner, same towel. But this is minor issue.

The staff was excelent. The cleanning of the rooms for standard Indian was very good and not humid.

Perfect location in Main Bazar on road with easy access to taxi. Staff - very friendly and always ready to help with any questions (accomodation, luggage storage, call a taxi, communication with Uber driver on Hindi). Clean rooms with clean beds (which is very rare on Main Bazar) Very reasonable price for the rooms !!

A little noisy outside at night, which can be heard in the room, but is related with location on Main Bazar

Helpful polite members of staff. Manager has good English and people skills, friendly , understanding, and approachable. Roof terrace a bonus to get out of the busyness of the Ganj always welcome...pity one can no longer rent out these rooms..but great respite from world at street level to sit up there and watch the chaos unfolding below. Appreciate the high thread count of the cotton bedding..

The lack of a window looking out...it's a price sensitive thing. The obvious damp from above on the ceiling which gives the room its musty smell. Strip lighting is abhorrent but as standard it appears. Gives the dankness a hard unwelcoming light. Would be better if the taps turned on and off and didn't drip. Tidying up the plasterwork around the door, filling and finishing, the damp ceiling and opposite wall could do with being seen to and a decent lick of paint... Pillows smell very musty.
