Casa comoda e bella, terrazza in condivisione ampia e con bellissima vista, parcheggio sempre disponibile e comodo, posizione a due passi dal centro e ottima per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile.

Renovated, well-equipped and extremely clean apartment in the city center. Responsive and friendly staff. The place has a parking space, and the hosts provided us with an iron and a beach umbrella. The coffee shop nearby is great.

Given the central location, there is some street noise.

"Super good location and perfect apartment with everything you need"

Location is perfect. Close to everything in the village. And the village itself is super well located to visit all the south within 30-40 minutes drive. The house was super confortable, with all amenities, cooking ware, and even sun umbrellas for the beach (very much needed there). The air conditioning works super fast and there is a nice rooftop to enjoy the views, fresh air or sunbathing. Inma took a really good care of us, ensuring we had everything we meed and helping us with directions.

Perfect location in the heart of Avola Old Town with a stunning view of Piazza Regina Elena! Private parking spot was provided in the back courtyard. The apartment was recently renovated and is very clean. Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable.

The flat was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a problem with the wi-fi, but the host was very quick to intervene. As compensation, she invited us to the café for coffee and sweets, it was very nice for us. Despite the language barrier with the host's mother, we had a nice contact and felt taken care of. A place in the centre in Avola, we were also provided with parking in the inner courtyard.
