Stylish Fully Equipped City Center Condo

I highly recommend this place. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and answered all of our questions about the city right away. The apartment is comfortable, super clean and has all the facilities and equipment needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and much more. The balcony is spacious, perfect for late night chats or eating. There's plenty of room for storing clothes and a big, comfortable bed and a sofa. We will definitely book again if we go to Thessaloniki in the future.

Die Lage war sehr Zentral Mannheim konnte zu Fuß alles leicht erscheinen.

Das Gebäude ist in einem maroden Zustand aber die Wohnung war so Modern und sauber. Also außen pfui innen hui 🙂

Centrally located, had all the amenities you could possibly need and the apartment was perfectly clean.

Lokacija je bila odlična. Stan je čist. Ima terasu za jutarnju kafu koju dok pijete čujete cvrkut ptica iako ste u samom centru Soluna (apartman ima aparat za kafu i kapsule za kafu). Klima je odlična. Ima Nuki smart sistem za otkljucavanje i zaključavanje apartmana. Ukoliko je potrebno imate i mašinu za pranje i sušenje veša. Imate apsolutno sve što vam je potrebno. Parking Karavan se nalazi na minut od apartmana i plaća se 18 evra na dan. Ispred apartmana je prodavnica koja radi 24h. Sve atrakcije su na pešačkoj udaljenosti. Vlasnik apartmana, Alex, je tu za svaku informaciju koja vam je potrebna i uvek dostupan. Velika pohvala za profesionalnost i posvećenost. Pre dolaska u apartman nam je dao sve informacije o lokacijama koje bi mogli da posetimo, restoranima, parkingu, prodavnicama...

Sve je bilo fantastično.

I would start with the host Alex - just perfect! All answers were on time, complete, usefull and kind. Location is on short walking distance to the major spots, easy to come and with good parking options around the building. Room is not a big size, but still very comfortable. All equipments are brand new and modern. We didn't miss anything

No complains at all

The apartment is nice and clean, enough of space for 4 members, bed and sofa are big and comfortable to sleep. The host is nice and do fast responses. This neighborhood is also nice and in 100 meters is a car parking, 14 euros for the day. The flat is fully equipped, what is comfortable for a long or short staying. Definitely recomend!

Nothing

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The host was very welcoming and shared a lot of useful information about the condo, the neighbouring area, local restaurants, parking info, and tourist attractions nearby. The condo is fully equipped with everything a family needs for a few days (and more). The kitchen is completely equipped for cooking.

Hard to find parking spots (non-paid) around the building if you come during the week. We came during the weekend, so we didn't pay anything and left on Monday morning before the parking started to be charged.
