Lisi Hills Hotel

Having stayed at Lisi hills multiple times before, I can confidently say that each visit has been consistently exceptional. Once again, my recent stay exceeded all expectations. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail have always made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room, as always, was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable retreat after a tiring day. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Throughout my stay, the staff remained consistently friendly and accommodating, ensuring a memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a stay in Tbilisi

I booked this hotel mainly for the view however right in-front the hotel is a road so you cannot enjoy the view peacefully. The hotel is away from all main attractions and the restaurant is only opened for breakfast. For lunch and dinner only one small restaurant near by. The rooms had a funky smell once you enter. Once I arrived I had to go down a walk way. The bell boy and reception stood by the desk watching me struggle down to the entrance. Customer service really bad and the reception only new little English. I checked out a few minutes after checking in. While checking out there were other persons at the desk complaining. I would not recommend this place!!

Enough space for parking our bigger van. Room was bigger than i expected and warm. Shower worked well. Receptionist woman was frendly and welcoming.

Older man worker was asking: 'check out', when we were carrying our luggages to our car and asking: 'key card', as well. And followed out side... We still had some luggages in our room and there was 40mins left before check out time. Maybe next time he could wait? We will return key card, when we dont need it anymore. Or maybe he ment good, but it was weird (he didnt speak english).

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the polite and attentive staff to the clean rooms and the breathtaking view of the city. The staff's professionalism and friendliness made my stay memorable. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and I couldn't get enough of the stunning city view from my room.
