Muito boas instalações. Gostei muito.

The hotel structure has a lot of potential, very well located as well.

Staff made me feel like they were doing me a favor to receive me. I came back at check in time after being sent away for being 30 minutes “too early” and was received by a “let me see if your room is ready”. Turns out it wasn’t, the duvet had no cover and when I questioned the staff I was told “that’s how we do it here” but after a little bit of insistence on my side, they finally provided a cover. Before my final night, when the room was made, the only shower towel was removed and they left me only with my used pool towel, they’re different colors so couldn’t be mistaken. Also, there’s no wifi which really surprised me. And lastly, after check out I asked if I could stay in the pool area because I had a later departure and I was told “No, your reservation period is over”. While the pool was completely empty for the whole time I was there waiting. Also, I am a solo traveler, woman. And the male staff thought it was appropriate to approach me while I was sun bathing to say nothing relevant (only once but twice in different days), in fact one of the times he was sharing his negative opinion about my home country.

O quarto é espaçoso. A piscina é agradável. O atendimento é bom. O Joaquim foi muito simpático e atencioso.

Gostamos muito da estadia. Funcionários muito simpáticos, peq. almoço variado e tudo muito fresco. Adoramos a piscina e a tranquilidade apesar de estarmos no centro da cidade. Para repetir, certamente.

O quarto n.º 12 que ocupei, deveria ter reposteiro, tal como o frontal à cama, pois mal começa o dia acabo por despertar com a intensidade da claridade do lado direito da cama.

Surpreendente!! O hotel é muito giro, o quarto muito agradável, não falta nada! O pessoal muito simpático e atencioso e o pequeno almoço excelente!

O edifício é muito bonito, localizado numa praça muito central. Muito bem arranjado, bom gosto e requinte. O quarto muito bem decorado, muito muito confortável. A cama era excepcional, as almofadas muito confortáveis. A casa de banho tem um óptimo tamanho, muito limpa e muito cheirosa. As toalhas muito boas. O pequeno almoço servido junto à piscina estava maravilhoso, com sumo de laranja natural, o pão muito estaladiço, a fruta muito bem arranjada, as panquecas, os croissants óptimos. Os funcionários super simpáticos, atenciosos e prestáveis. Foi uma muito agradável surpresa! Recomendo muito.
