"The location was good but the service poor."

The house floor tiles had cracks and was uneven, the pots were messy and unclean, broken drawers, the house had a lingering smell of fish.

Nothing. The trip turned into a nightmare when I got to the facility that had not been cleaned.

The unit which is closer to the hospital I was going too was not cleaned up and had no bedding. The manner in which this was handled was poorly. Totally unprofessional and unwarranted. Post the visit no changes or refunds or partial refunds.
