Spacious apartment

Housekeep is very poor, dustbin not cleaned once over the 3 nights and spilled coffee on the balcony not cleaned (we cleaned the best we could) Windows exceptionally dirty. Everything in the apartment felt sticky, has not been cleaned propperly in a long time. Carpet in the lounge has not seen a vacume cleaner in a very long time. General maintenance is non exhisting. Paint chipped all over the apartment, very bad scratches on furniture, shower head damaged for a long time (mould growing on damaged part) Lights in starecase not working (serious safety hazard) Door from basement to lifts damaged foe a very long time.

The place was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Housekeeping cleans every day and there are no unwanted creepy crawlies. Staff always friendly and helpful 🌻 Stunning views. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Had a hairdryer on request. Close to many good restaurants and shops.

The elevator broke down and we had to walk up 12 flights. The kids on neighboring floors were also constantly playing around with the elevator, resulting in very long waiting times for elevator. The parking area is very dodgy as well as the staircases, as there isn't lighting on all the floors. The apartment needs maintenance as some things are dilapidated. The gym and pool weren't accessible, the hallway smelled like urine, I suggest they switch their cleaning agent as I suspect that might be the cause Housekeeping didn't always leave towels, so had to ask a few times for towels. Our downstairs neighbor was smoking Marijuana and it came wafting up through every open window or door. The water dispenser in the fridge was leaking, so ended up with a puddle of water we weren't able to properly clean because there are only very white towels and a teatowel. I suggest having a mop and broom available for guests for accidents or spills. Laundry option not really available . Only had three forks and we were 4 people🤣 Fan in main bedroom only worked on lowest setting which didn't help at all

Receptionist not friendly

No aircon, and roof fans was noisy. The balcony where you braai should be facing see view.
