We loved the screened in patio with private pool and hot tub, including the access to one of the bathrooms directly from the patio. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer on site. Spacious home that accommodated three adults and 4 children comfortably.

Upon arrival, the hot tub and pool were cold. We contacted the owners and they remedied the issue right away, but it took a day or so to heat up. The house could’ve also been cleaned better. The floors were sticky/dirty, there were food crumbs in the couch, ceiling vents were dirty, etc. The bunk bed was missing a rung on the ladder. Only television is in the living room. We lost hot water while we were there but the owners had that fixed as well. We also wished we could’ve had access to the garage. Small changes would improve the experience, like having additional dishes (there were no regular sized bowls), more toilet paper/paper towels/dishwasher pods, providing laundry soap/dryer sheets, etc. so we wouldn’t have had to worry about purchasing or picking up extra. It was also a bit of a drive to the beaches…especially during times where traffic was busy. There were also no instructions left about expectations for welcome or checkout (like what to do with linens, cleaning expectations upon checkout, garbage/recycling, etc.)

The location was great. House was very clean

Only one TV in the house. None in any of the bedrooms.witch we found strange. Wi fi was not working bad password. No instructions on what to do at check-out, what to do with linens or bedding, what to do with garbage and so on. Lack of amenities, very little dishes available. No hair dryer, pool heater was not working according to the pool company that came during our stay.
