I like that the owner was able to provide what we have requested. eg.; additional fan and extension.

1. Customer service. The staff aren't friendly. Our unit does not have clean drinking water so we requested for a refill, but the staff declined to go up instead, he told us to go down to the lobby and carry it all the way up to our room, which is horrible. 2. The disconnection with the owner and building staff. When we arrived, the staff was not informed by our arrival which is a horrible experience. We had to call the owner so she can speak with the staff! Total b*llsh*t 3. The owner does not know how to provide accurate and easy directives. When we went to the area, we had to call the owner multiple times so we can get to the exact location. 4. The room wasn't even clean at all! The refrigerator was a total mess and the beddings are smelly.
