USLoved the quiet, I could actually hear myself think. The nights were calm and I slept like a rock. The showers were also great. Definately have to stay again if ever in the area! Highly recommend!
USI left before breakfast. But, I was looking for a quite place to "regroup" and look at nature. The Blue Jay was perfect. Everything was clean and modern. RainForest shower system. Hot tub. And Chad was so polite to tell me of walking trails, etc. Just 12 minutes from Lampasas.Thank you! I loved my tiny "Blue Jay" home
I saw the sunset, but God covered most of the stars that night. Was looking forward to the fire pit and stars. But it's alright.
USUSThe bed was comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a short 1-night stay.
Structurally the house needs some work. There was a leak from the roof that dripped through the fan in the kitchen area, that may also be the cause for the sagging floor. We didn't use the fan to avoid any shorting out. The small couch was soiled and needs a good deep cleaning, and the bed sheets were stained with ink. The outside area needs to be cleaned up better. It wouldn't take much to make the building and outside area better.
