When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 15 per pet, per 3 days applies. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 30 per hour will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours. A refundable deposit of EUR 200 is needed per reservation for group bookings. A cleaning service for group reservations at an additional charge of EUR 160. Any damage or loss caused by guests, including smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge of EUR 80, and any smoking inside the property will lead to full retention of the deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
