"Beautiful, quiet and quirky close to Queenstown"

Beautiful historic old school house converted into a wonderful vacation stay. Located in the quieter area of Lower Shotover, conveniently located between bustling Queenstown and Arrowtown, on a private property, well kept and manicured gardens. The owners were very friendly and helpful, but also respectful of privacy. The house is lovingly decorated with quirky touches. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need: from your tea/coffee/milk to chocolate fish or bath bubbles ans of course washer/dryer. As it was an old school house, the kitchen/ding/lounge is huge, with 2 spacious bedrooms and a nice bathroom (with tub). What a beautiful home away from home, we enjoyed our stay very much.

It was secluded and quiet, set in lovely garden and next to the river. Being an old building, it had a lot of character with features like the original timber flooring, coloured glass panels in the front door added to the impression. The premises were spacious, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Appliances were new and worked well.

We were disappointed we could not stay a bit longer.
