It was excellent. The host was super welcoming and warm.

The property was very clean, very spacious, was very comfortable. Home owners were very flexible with timing of arrival, as well as check out times. Very warm and cozy.

Cleanliness and the service received were superb. Location is great too, luckily I didnt see any monkies :-) The room was spacious enough and had everything we needed.

The fact that the owner was there to welcome and orientate us about the surroundings, there was constant communication which made our journey to be much more easier and memorable, the hospitality and logistics were absolutely amazing, it was unfortunate that we were unable to extend our stay as it was fully booked. I would definitely love to go back!!

Umhlanga Rocks!l including Casa Ridge!! Loved the location as it’s near Oceans Mall, Umhlanga main beach and plenty restaurants. Safe neighborhood too. Michelle and Denise were quite helpful so was Mavis (pleasant and friendly housekeeper) always cheerful!

Too humid so room had a damp scent that was irritating so would keep AC on or have sliding door abit open (which monkeys would sometimes pass by)..

The terasse was amazing, palm trees, lush garden. The highlight was the visit of the monkeys, well behaved, they expected bananas, we delivered to the satisfaction of my 4 year old. The team is so helpful: Denise at reception is a star with emails and finding solutions(helped us book another game park accommodation), Michelle (warm smiles and good communication), Marco, charming, talking and entertaining for my little one. He showed us the dog, talked about marine environment. Wonderful people who trully make you feel at home. The pool was refreshing, great plus. Comfy huge bed. The housekeeping ladies, you are all stars.

The location was the best

Too it had too much upstairs but I do understand why, it was all about the view.

Excellent location, room and very comfortable bed, the cleaners were fantastic and very accommodating.
