I dont likw the property I have bokeed the hotel theough booking.com but when I reached hotel they asked more charges which is wrong and unethical.

the staff is rude the lady in the reception dont want to listen.

The experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. 1. The staff was agitated even at the simplest of the tasks. They need quite a bit of training, like keeping the towels in the room ( towels were available only when asked for) filling up the empty shampoo and shower gel bottles ( this is a basic requirement which housekeeping staff should look at on a daily basis) 2. There were cockroaches roaming around in the bedroom. The curtains had lipstick marks. Clealiness was a big issue with the hotel. 3. The breakfast food options were quite limited. The food quality was not up to the mark. In dinner, a couple of items were served cold and we had to ask the staff again and again to remove cold items and serve hot items. 4. The pics posted all over the internet, do not match at all with the actual rooms and clealiness levels. The price they are charging is exhobitantly high for the 3rd grade services which were provided. I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

Room was of decent size and good bed quality

Bathrooms were not clean and lacked amenities.Buffet breakfast was very basic and they were not even serving butter but cheap table margarine
