Food in the restaurant was quite good and we enjoyed the food a lot..

Staff could have been more courteous and hospitable especially the ladies staff were not freely moving with us and stayed away and spoke with me only for putting reviews..

"Omni plaza means discomfort stay and have experience to sleep with cockroaches."

Nothing good in this hotel. I wasted my money rs 2000. No basic kit like shampoo pouch/tooth paste/brush provided. Overall room look was not good. It was worth of only ₹ 700-800 only while i paid ₹2000. Still feeling uncomfortable.

Quilt and other bedding items were not good. Entire room was dirty. Cockroaches were roaming around... Even on bed. Just imagine... Pay rs 2000 and sleep with cockroaches. Very bad experience..... I will give negative marks.

It was a very bad experience. The receptionist ma’am’s behavior was very rude. The food rates at the hotel were extremely high compared to the quality. Also, the parcel we had ordered was just leftover food from the night, packed and given to us. Very bad.
