We were disgusted by the service we received we travelled just over 12 hours to have a good nights stay and we were on holiday from london, we were refused entry because we were foreigners and your machines couldnt print out a form because you had lost ur passwords. How can you turn away guest because of ur own errors hotels are suppose to be hospitable and they are booked online for an ease of finding a night to sleep at. As a foreigner i am disgusted by the professionalism we even offered you could take all our details and photo copy our ids and fill out forms when they became available but u had no compassion and were very rude in the manner you refused to give alternatives. It was past midnight and you made us wonder around to find another place to stay when you could have manually taken all our details and advance payment and made our stay pleasant.

1. The property situated on highway.

1. The AC was not working properly, it was an old AC , the AC release harmful gases , which was very drastic and dangerous to life, they didn’t service the AC since last 6 months, we all personally feel the uncomfortable in breathing. It’s very dangerous. 2 they allot us room no 201 the exhausts fan of the bathroom was not working, 3. The water heater was also not working 4. The Window was also broken of the room and there is no grill in the window anyone can enter in the room through the window. 5. There is no lift in the hotel. 6. They claiming swimming pool in the property but there is no swimming pool in Hotel. 7. They provide used bedsheets and balnket. 8 the parking is only for two cars in front of hotel. 9 there no security guard for parking as well as in hotel. 10- last but not the least if we book the hotel room by online platform they only give rooms on 2nd 3 rd and 4 floor only
