"DO NOT BOOK"

I booked apartment but when we arrived at Batumi and called owner they said apartment was 'double booked' so we had no room We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay.

They did not have apartment for me even though Booking.com said it was confirmed

"Cozy home in the centre"

Location is so good as it’s next to Europe Square and in walking distance to the beach.

Air conditioner blows directly to the bed, so even in lowest temperature you feel uncomfortable.

"Good but not as expected."

The location was perfect. The host was very kind and friendly. Lovely apartment but not for an extended stay in my opinion.

The environment was not cleaned properly. The bed was not prepared in advance. Also, there is some smell in the room which makes it a bit discomfort during the stay.
