"Karoo Comfort at The Hanover Hotel"

Hanover is a good place to stopover when driving through the Karoo. The town is quite rustic but the hotel was like an oasis. We felt safe and comfortable and we had the most delicious dinner. The pub is lovely and lots of areas to relax. The room was spacious and had a small fridge and coffee facilities. The hotel has unique decor. We were very happy.

It was new to us, but a peacefull little place. My husband was able to move freely, as he is on cruthes and sometimed wheelchair bound. The whole room were beautifull and just what we needed after a long drive.

The cappuchino i ordered with supper was too strong. But the food was well prepared.

Grand dame of a building updated and decorated with eclectic flair. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dinner was excellent!

The breakfast as underwhelming - it was cold and not all guests were served the same time. Please invest in a professional espresso machine and a barista: life is too short to have bad coffee! Sad to have deal with the local children begging at the parking area… The reality of our country sadly.
