The Hanover Luxury Hotel

Gorgeous decorations, friendly staff and just such a lovely spot we stayed a second night and thoroughly enjoyed it. A hidden gem and must visit!

We stopped at Hanover Luxury Hotel on our road trip to Cape Town and it completely blew our minds. It’s the most beautiful oasis in the middle of nowhere. Everything was exceptional from the tranquil swimming pool and incredibly comfortable bedrooms to the carefully curated décor in every corner and the outstanding food. Highly, highly recommended, and a place we could very easily have stayed at for longer.

The supper was excellent – some of the best lamb chops we have ever had. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and engaging.

The smell of wet carpet the next morning was quite overwhelming. (Granted, it rained quite a bit the day before.)

It was an amazing oasis, with very confident, friendly and accommodating staff.

A very minor issue was a leaking toilet in the room in which I stayed, which gave me a little trouble sleeping.

Beautiful garden and clean pool to cool off in the Karoo heat. Staff is very polite and well trained. Rooms are spacious, with high quality bedding and linen. We have stayed here multiple times, and will keep on returning!
